These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Awesome Garage, a family-owned business based in Omaha, Nebraska (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Business Location & Jurisdiction

Awesome Garage is a family-owned and operated business serving Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding areas. All services and agreements are governed by Nebraska state law.

2. Scope of Services

We specialize in:

  • Residential garage floor coatings

  • Commercial and industrial concrete polishing

  • Concrete crack repair, patching, and surface preparation

  • Polyaspartic and epoxy coating systems

  • Concrete restoration and resurfacing

A detailed scope of work will be provided in your written estimate or project agreement.

3.Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Pricing may change if site conditions differ, materials change, or additional work is requested.

  • Any added services outside the original agreement will require approval and may incur extra costs.

4.Deposits & Payments

  • Some projects may require a deposit to secure materials and reserve your installation date.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • Late payments may include additional fees.

5. Scheduling & Access Requirements

  • Project dates may shift due to weather, curing conditions, or unforeseen issues.

  • Clients must provide safe, clear access to the workspace, including removal of all vehicles and stored items.

  • Power and water access must be available for project use.

6. Surface Preparation & Pre-Existing Conditions

  • We follow industry-standard preparation processes to ensure the best possible adhesion and finish.

  • Concrete slabs may contain hidden or pre-existing issues such as cracks, moisture intrusion, chemical damage, or prior coating failures.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by underlying concrete conditions unless explicitly included in your agreement.

7. Lifetime Warranty (Nebraska Residential Installations)

Awesome Garage proudly provides a Lifetime Warranty on qualifying residential polyaspartic garage floor coating systems installed in Nebraska.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

  • Peeling or delamination caused by installation error

  • Material defects related to the floor coating products used

  • Failure of the coating under normal residential use conditions

What the Lifetime Warranty Does NOT Covers

  • Cracks forming in the concrete after installation

  • Moisture vapor issues or water intrusion from the slab

  • Color changes or natural fading from UV exposure

  • Damage caused by:

  • Impact (dropping tools, heavy equipment, etc.)

  • Harsh chemicals, battery acid, or solvents

  • Welding sparks or heat exposure

  • Flooding or natural disasters

  • Neglect or improper cleaning

Warranty Conditions

  • Clients must follow our care and maintenance guidelines.

  • Warranty applies only to the original homeowner and is non-transferable.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled installation may result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability and material readiness.

9. Refund Policy

  • Because our work is custom-installed flooring, completed projects are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be refunded only if Awesome Garage is unable to complete the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Awesome Garage’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Photos & Marketing

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for use in marketing, advertising, and portfolios. No personal or identifying details will ever be used.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns must be submitted to us in writing so we can work toward a solution.

  • If unresolved, both parties agree to seek resolution under the laws and jurisdiction of Douglas County, Nebraska.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Awesome Garage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
